Our house is in El Caloso neighbourhood, just a half block walk over the bridge into the Zona Romantica. It's bright, open, spacious, comfortable and has a private roof patio. There is a full outdoor municipal market very close by with green grocer, seafood, meat, dry goods, and some great local restaurant stalls and full restaurants. This is the perfect neighbourhood to escape all the construction and crowds of the tourist area but still be only a few steps over to the action when you want it. For some reason the Flatio system only designates for flats/apartments. This is NOT a flat. This is a full 3 story house.
1st Floor includes:
-Fully loaded kitchen (full stove, blender, coffeemaker, all the things you need to take care of yourselves. We actually live here for months at a time, so it's got all the gadgets you need to cook.)
-Large "Flex" room with dining room table and six chairs, mounted tv, and fold-out sofa.
-Full Bathroom with Shower
2nd Floor Bedroom includes:
-Full size Bedroom with Large Sitting Area with comfy chairs and fold-out sofa
-Full bathroom and shower
-Laundry area
3rd Floor/Rooftop Patio
-Hammock
-Comfy outdoor sofa, chairs, and table to hang out at.
-Overhead sail to create more shade if you want it, or unhook it for full sun to lay out.
-Cold plunge pool that seats 4 comfortably. (You'll need to fill it if you want to use it and empty it at the end of your stay). This is an INFLATABLE hot tub style portable pool. There are pictures in the patio photo section.
PLEASE note that like everywhere in non-tourist areas of Vallarta, that this is a regular neighbourhood, and it comes with regular Vallarta neighbourhood noises.
The neighbours' kids are running around in the street, vendors ride through the neighbourhood selling produce, water, and gas, there's music. It's not excessive, but it is Mexico. The upshot is that there aren't the all the drunk rowdy crowds you get in the old town.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house. There is nobody on site but the housekeeper enters the property once a week to do general cleanup and to water the plants. She and the handyman are available if needed.
Marta and Andrew (your co-hosts) are available by phone and Whats App. We encourage all of our guests to add Whats App to their smartphones (if you do not use it already) so that you have multiple options for contacting us.
We also have a handyman who works with our housekeeper if there are any repairs that need to be made while you are staying with us. (Clogged toilet, leaky pipe, issue with hot water, etc.)
Other things to note
The housekeeper attends to the property at the end of every checkout to prepare for the next guest.

Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen großen städtischen Markt mit Lebensmitteln, Meeresfrüchten, Fleisch, Trockenwaren und einigen großartigen lokalen Restaurantständen und Restaurants. Dies ist die perfekte Gegend, um den Bauarbeiten und den Menschenmassen des Touristenviertels zu entgehen, aber trotzdem nur ein paar Schritte vom Geschehen entfernt zu sein, wenn man es will. -Kaltes Tauchbecken mit 4 bequemen Sitzplätzen. (Sie müssen es füllen, wenn Sie es benutzen wollen, und es am Ende Ihres Aufenthaltes leeren). Dies ist eine INFLATABLE Hot Tub Stil tragbaren Pool. Es gibt Bilder in der Patio Foto Abschnitt.
BITTE beachten Sie, dass wie überall in nicht-touristischen Gebieten von Vallarta, dass dies eine normale Nachbarschaft ist, und es kommt mit normalen Vallarta Nachbarschaft Geräusche.
Die Kinder der Nachbarn rennen auf der Straße herum, Händler fahren durch die Nachbarschaft und verkaufen Produkte, Wasser und Benzin, es gibt Musik. Es ist nicht übertrieben, aber es ist Mexiko. Der Vorteil ist, dass man hier nicht die ganzen betrunkenen, randalierenden Menschenmassen findet, die man in der Altstadt antrifft.
Zugang für Gäste
Sie haben Zugang zum gesamten Haus. Es ist niemand vor Ort, aber die Haushälterin kommt einmal pro Woche auf das Grundstück, um allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten durchzuführen und die Pflanzen zu gießen. Sie und der Handwerker sind bei Bedarf verfügbar.
Marta und Andrew (Ihre Co-Gastgeber) sind per Telefon und Whats App erreichbar. Wir empfehlen allen unseren Gästen, Whats App auf ihren Smartphones zu installieren (falls Sie es nicht bereits benutzen), damit Sie mehrere Möglichkeiten haben, uns zu kontaktieren.
Wir haben auch einen Handwerker, der mit unserer Haushälterin zusammenarbeitet, wenn während Ihres Aufenthaltes bei uns Reparaturen anfallen. (Verstopfte Toilette, undichtes Rohr, Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, usw.)
Andere Dinge zu beachten
Die Haushälterin kümmert sich nach jedem Check-out um das Haus, um es für den nächsten Gast vorzubereiten.
