This beautiful villa with quaint architecture contains modern and artistic style, that let's you enjoy the beautiful view of the clean beaches of Santa Cruz.
Located on the luxury complex Areias do Seixo, you will have a prime experience in our space. A rustic and chic villa in a hotel townhouse right next to the Mexilhoeira beach with a private pool and a back yard garden.

Our villa is also less than 1h driving distance from the Lisbon Airport
An amazing villa inside the complex of the 5* hotel, Areias do Seixo.

Its entrance, from the front, leads you to a small páteo and the pool, private to our villa, although visible to the neighbors (every villa has its own pool).
1st Floor:
- An amazing, quaint and spacious living room, with a fireplace close to the TV (which is smart tv with YouTube, Netflix, etc). A big sofa for your evenings, and big windows to get the most light possible.
Also a well equiped kitchen with direct access to our back yard garden, with a BBQ to grill your meat, and an outside table.
2nd floor:
- 2 spacious ensuite rooms, one with a doble bedroom and the other with 2 singles beds.
3rd floor:
- The upstairs double room, also with bathroom, with an amazing balcony with seaview.

Eine fantastische Villa in der Anlage des 5*-Hotels Areias do Seixo.

Der Eingang von der Vorderseite führt Sie zu einem kleinen Garten und dem Pool, der zu unserer Villa gehört, obwohl er für die Nachbarn sichtbar ist (jede Villa hat ihren eigenen Pool).
1. Stock:
- Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches und geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin in der Nähe des Fernsehers (ein Smart-TV mit YouTube, Netflix, etc.). Ein großes Sofa für Ihre Abende und große Fenster, um so viel Licht wie möglich zu bekommen.
Auch eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit direktem Zugang zu unserem Garten hinter dem Haus, mit einem Grill zum Grillen von Fleisch und einem Tisch im Freien.
2. Stock:
- 2 geräumige Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten.
3. Stock:
- Das Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, ebenfalls mit Bad, mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Meerblick.
