Bright two-bedroom apartment in Cruz Quebrada, right where Lisbon meets the sea. The living room looks over the Tagus river, the beach and seafront promenade are a 4-minute walk, and the train takes you to Cais do Sodré in 15 minutes.
Set up for living and working, not just visiting: dedicated desk with an office chair, fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, all cookware), washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, and free parking included. Main bedroom with double bed and quality linen; second bedroom works as a guest room, child’s room or a second office.
The neighbourhood is residential and quiet, with supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and cafés on the street. The seafront bike path runs from Belém to Cascais; the Jamor sports park (pool, running tracks, tennis) is 10 minutes on foot. Oeiras tech parks (Lagoas Park, Taguspark) are 15 minutes by car, Nova SBE in Carcavelos 15 minutes by train.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
