Spacious and comfortable fully renovated period apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has a very good layout, all the bedrooms are quite private and bright so its perfect for exchange students or expats who has guests or family visiting. Central Location with good public transport links at your door (Metro Line - M2, M4 and Buses) and only a few steps away from Keleti International Train station with train services to and from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Chez,Slovakia, etc.
The size of the apartment is 125 square meters and it has an amazing 4 meters headroom and a very good layout with four separate bedrooms and a large living room + dining area and a hall. It has triple glazed windows with metal window blinds on the street front and double glazed wooden windows and main door on the patio front.
There are two private bathrooms with showers inside each main bedroom (1 and 2), and a third main bathroom with a tub that has access from the hall. The two main bedrooms and the living room is overlooking a pedestrianized street and the other two bedrooms (3 and 4) are overlooking the quiet inside patio of the building.
There are two wall mounted air conditioning units, one in the living room that cools down the street front rooms and one in bedroom no. three. Bedroom 4 only has a cooling fan but the two units shall make a pleasant temperature in the whole apartment if you leave the doors open during the day.
The three large bedrooms have queen size double beds (160 *200) plus there is one extra foldable single bed (90*200) in each. The 4th smaller bedroom has a smaller double bed (140*200).
2 sets of bedding and towels are provided for each bedroom.
Machinery in the apartment: central gas heating system and hot water tank, dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and electric oven, fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying machine and drying racks.
All utility costs and a fortnightly cleaning service is included in the pricing.
The apartment is on the second floor of the building with no elevator, therefor it only suits those who doesn't have difficulties climbing stairs.
The buildings policy states that there can't be any disturbing noise during the night hours (10PM-8AM), therefor any social events, gatherings can only be held until 10PM in the apartment. In case of breaching the buildings policy with causing any disturbance with the local community I will terminate the tenancy after one warning.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment, there is an outdoor smoking and sitting area just outside the apartments main door for smoking.

Zentrale Lage mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel vor der Tür (U-Bahn-Linie - M2, M4 und Busse) und nur wenige Schritte entfernt von Keleti International Train Station mit Zugverbindungen von und nach Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Tschechien, Slowakei, etc.
Die Größe der Wohnung ist 125 Quadratmeter und es hat eine erstaunliche 4 Meter Stehhöhe und ein sehr gutes Layout mit vier separaten Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer + Essbereich und eine Halle. Es hat dreifach verglaste Fenster mit Metalljalousien auf der Straßenfront und doppelt verglaste Holzfenster und eine Eingangstür auf der Innenhofseite.
Es gibt zwei private Badezimmer mit Duschen in jedem Hauptschlafzimmer (1 und 2) und ein drittes Hauptbadezimmer mit einer Badewanne, das vom Flur aus zugänglich ist. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer blicken auf eine Fußgängerzone, während die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer (3 und 4) auf den ruhigen Innenhof des Gebäudes blicken.
Es gibt zwei an der Wand montierte Klimaanlagen, eine im Wohnzimmer, die die Räume zur Straße hin kühlt, und eine im Schlafzimmer Nr. 3. Schlafzimmer 4 hat nur einen Ventilator, aber die beiden Geräte sorgen für eine angenehme Temperatur in der ganzen Wohnung, wenn man die Türen tagsüber offen lässt.
Die drei großen Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten (160*200) ausgestattet und haben jeweils ein zusätzliches, ausklappbares Einzelbett (90*200). Das 4. kleinere Schlafzimmer hat ein kleineres Doppelbett (140*200).
2 Sätze Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind für jedes Schlafzimmer vorhanden.

Es un barrio cercano a la estación, en continuo movimiento y aunque es cierto que por la noche hay algún indigente al estar en frente de la estación, en ningún momento me he sentido insegura y está muy cerca de cualquier lugar emblemático de Budapest y con numerosos restaurantes.
La casa en la que he estado durante mi erasmus en Budapest es la mejor casa que me podría haber tocado. El casero está a tu disposición todo el día, soluciona los problemas el día en el que suceden y es muy agradable. Por otro lado, la casa es impresionante, increíblemente ubicada, bonita, amplia y cómoda, muy completa con material de limpieza, sábanas, edredones, almohadas a tu disposición. La mejor casa de todo Budapest, sin duda me la llevo en el corazón para siempre.
