Holidays2Malaga Héroe de Sostoa is our bright three-bedroom vacation apartment with a maximum capacity of 6 people located in a gated complex with an elevator.
It is located in one of the best areas of Malaga, the María Zambrano central train and AVE station, Larios Shopping Center, and Vialia are less than 200 meters away. Antonio Banderas Promenade is less than 700 meters away and San Andrés Beach is 800 meters away.
It is a very spacious apartment of 120 m2. It is located on the 8th floor, so it is cheerful and very bright. It has three double bedrooms with two single beds each. The living room has a Smart TV and a dining area. Two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Centralized air conditioning, iron, drying area, hairdryer, and Fiber Wifi.
The swimming pool will be open only in the months of July, August, and part of September, with an established schedule from 12:00 to 20:00.

Holidays2Malaga Héroe de Sostoa ist unsere helle Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern für maximal 6 Personen, gelegen in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage mit Aufzug.
Sie liegt in einer der besten Gegenden von Málaga: Der zentrale Bahnhof und AVE-Bahnhof María Zambrano, das Einkaufszentrum Larios und Vialia sind weniger als 200 Meter entfernt. Die Promenade Antonio Banderas ist weniger als 700 Meter entfernt und der Strand San Andrés 800 Meter.
Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 120 m2. Sie befindet sich im 8. Stock und ist daher freundlich und sehr hell. Sie verfügt über drei Doppelzimmer mit jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Smart-TV und einen Essbereich. Zwei vollständige Badezimmer (eines mit Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche), Haartrockner. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat eine Mikrowelle, einen Backofen, eine Waschmaschine, eine italienische Espressokanne, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster.

Der Swimmingpool ist nur in den Monaten Juli, August und einem Teil des Septembers geöffnet, mit festgelegten Öffnungszeiten von 12:00 bis 20:00 Uhr.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
