Telheiras is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, perfect for families. It has wide tree-lined streets, lots of green spaces and well-kept parks, perfect for walks and outdoor activities. It also offers a wide variety of services, hypermarkets, schools and shops (cafés, restaurants, butchers, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc).
It is a privileged area, easily accessible to various parts of the city, with a vast public transport network (metro and buses), quick access to the city's main roads (Eixo N/S, 2ª Circular, A5 and A8) and 10 minutes from Lisbon Airport.

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds) and two bathrooms (one with a shower).
