Spektakuläre Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Büro und 3 Badezimmern. Es ist sehr geräumig und ruhig, es verfügt über Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit einem Park und einem großen privaten Parkplatz. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebäude in der Av. Cortes Valencianas, wo Sie alle Dienstleistungen und eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants finden und eine fantastische Anbindung an die U-Bahn und den Bus haben, mit denen Sie in 10 Minuten ins Zentrum gelangen Protokoll. Es ist die ideale Wohnung für Berufstätige, die mit ihrer Familie nach Valencia reisen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Gebäudes in einem Wohngebiet mit Concierge und Aufzug und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen, Familien oder Berufstätige.
Das ca. 150 m² große Haus besteht aus einem Flur, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer mit einem großen Fenster, durch das tagsüber viel natürliches Licht einfällt, 4 Außenschlafzimmern, 3 mit einem Doppelbett und 1 mit einem Einzelbett, 10 cm, ein großes Büro und der Komfort von 3 kompletten Badezimmern, eines davon mit Badewanne, und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen alle nach außen und sind sehr geräumig und verfügen über Schränke mit genügend Platz, um alle Habseligkeiten bequem aufzubewahren.
Das Wohn-Esszimmer ist super geräumig und sehr hell, es verfügt über ein bequemes und großes Sofa, einen Esstisch für 6 Personen, einen Beistelltisch und einen Fernseher, es ist der ideale Ort zum Ausruhen und Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen. Es gibt einen schönen Kamin, der zwar nur dekorativ ist, aber nicht funktioniert. Im Esszimmer gibt es eine Split-Klimaanlage und eine weitere im Hauptraum.
Das Wohnzimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einer kleinen, schönen Terrasse mit einem kleinen Tisch, wo Sie die frische Luft genießen können.
Der Hauptraum hat auch direkten Zugang zu dieser Terrasse.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Cerankochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster.
Es gibt 3 komplette Badezimmer, eines davon mit Badewanne und die anderen mit Dusche.
Es wird mit Bettwäsche und Badetüchern gemietet.
Neben der Küche gibt es auch eine kleine Galerie mit einer Waschmaschine in der Wohnung und Sie finden dort auch eine Wäscheleine und ein Bügeleisen.
