"The apartment was fantastic—super clean, spacious, and brand new, with everything you need."
Both bedrooms have large comfortable beds, plenty of storage with big wardrobes, and a TV. The apartment has two balconies- one shared between the two bedrooms and another one linked to the living room.
The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals, and two bathrooms (a spacious main bathroom with a toilet and a separate small toilet for added convenience). Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning in every room.
The apartment has an excellent location- just a 6- minute drive from Kapana and Plovdiv's vibrant city center. A large supermarket and few restaurants are just around the corner, making it easy to explore local flavours.

"Die Wohnung war fantastisch - super sauber, geräumig und brandneu, mit allem, was man braucht."
Beide Schlafzimmer haben große bequeme Betten, viel Stauraum mit großen Schränken und einen Fernseher. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone - einen, den sich die beiden Schlafzimmer teilen und einen, der mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist.
Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der Sie selbst kochen können, und zwei Badezimmer (ein geräumiges Hauptbadezimmer mit Toilette und eine separate kleine Toilette für zusätzlichen Komfort). Die Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern sorgt für ein angenehmes Klima.
Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage - nur 6 Autominuten von Kapana und dem pulsierenden Stadtzentrum von Plovdiv entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt und einige Restaurants befinden sich gleich um die Ecke, so dass Sie die lokalen Köstlichkeiten leicht entdecken können.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
