Unsere Erdgeschosswohnung befindet sich nahe der Uferpromenade der Aveiro-Lagune (Ria de Aveiro) in São Jacinto. Sie ist nur wenige Schritte von der Ria-Hafenpromenade dieses sehr ruhigen Fischerdorfes entfernt. Etwa 15 Gehminuten sind es zum spektakulären und unberührten Strand von São Jacinto und Dünen-Naturschutzgebiet.

WICHTIG: Diese Unterkunft ist nicht für Sie geeignet, falls Sie die unmittelbare Nähe zum Stadtzentrum von Aveiro und dem Universitätscampus suchen. São Jacinto ist eine Strandgemeinde, die offiziell zur Stadt Aveiro gehört. Es dauert jedoch 20-25 Minuten mit der Fähre und dem Auto oder Bus, um das eigentliche Stadtzentrum auf der anderen Seite der Ria de Aveiro-Lagune zu erreichen, oder 55 Minuten mit dem Auto, wenn man um den oberen Teil der Lagune herumfährt.

Unsere Gäste, unter ihnen viele Kreative und Entwickler auf "Workation" oder vorübergehend in Aveiro tätig, kommen zu uns wegen des abgelegenen, "off-the-grid"-Charakters unseres Dorfes, der Nähe zur Natur, und der großartigen Restaurants sowie einer Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke. Wenn Sie städtische "Action" und Nachtleben brauchen, sollten Sie NICHT hier buchen.

I've lived and studied abroad, most recently as an Erasmus student. Now back in my hometown, next to one of Europe's largest protected lagoons and marshlands, the Ria de Aveiro, and close to the Natural Reserve of the São Jacinto Dunes and the spectacular (Blue Flag-awarded) Praia de São Jacinto (the "house beach" of Aveiro). Did I mention Aveiro's vibrant mix of vibrant of science, technology, and culture? How lucky am I to call this place home! I have found that my guests come to São Jacinto to enjoy an undisturbed time out or workation stay in a (very) quiet place close to nature, away from it all, yet with convenient access to downtown Aveiro and the university campus if and when they feel like it or need to attend in-person meetings. Most of my renters from abroad value their privacy. That said, I live nearby and am available (preferred: messaging/email using the contact information on this platform) to answer questions they may have.
