Central appartement, located in Antwerp South. Close to many restaurants and musea. 2 bedrooms, room for 3 people. One of the bedrooms has a separate desk (with external screen) to work from, so can also be used as an office. The appartment has fiber connection.
Very sunny terrace with a nice view on the river (perfect to watch the sunset!) and the newly built South park. Situated in one of the cleanest, safest and trendiest neighborhood of the city, and perfectly located to explore the city.
The appartment feels very homely, since I live there and only rent it out when I'm away myself. I can give you a lot of recommendations of activities, restaurants and how to get around in the city.

In einem der Schlafzimmer steht ein separater Schreibtisch (mit externem Bildschirm) zum Arbeiten, daher kann es auch als Büro genutzt werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Glasfaseranschluss.
Sehr sonnige Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf den Fluss (perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten!) und den neu angelegten Südpark. Die Wohnung liegt in einem der saubersten, sichersten und trendigsten Viertel der Stadt und ist ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Die Wohnung wirkt sehr gemütlich, da ich selbst dort wohne und sie nur vermiete, wenn ich selbst verreist bin. Ich kann Ihnen viele Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten und Restaurants geben und Tipps, wie man sich in der Stadt fortbewegt.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
