Privilegierte moderne reformierte Wohnung, gut ausgestattet mit direktem Zugang zum weißen Sandstrand der Bucht von Alcudia, in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, die Ruhe genießt und gleichzeitig in der Nähe aller Dienstleistungen von Puerto de Alcudia.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines kleinen zweistöckigen Gebäudes, das auch über ein privates Solarium auf der großen oberen Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen, einem fest installierten Grill und Terrassenmöbeln verfügt, wo Sie unvergessliche 'al fresco'-Abende genießen können.

Das Innere der Wohnung ist verteilt in den Eingang und Wohnzimmer-Küche offen in einem, die wiederum gibt den Weg auf die vordere Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, auch von überall im Inneren sehen wir den Strand und sogar den Horizont des Mittelmeers.

Der Rest der Wohnung verteilt sich auf die drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, eines davon im Hauptschlafzimmer, das mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist.

Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Etagenbett ausgestattet.

Die Arena-Apartment befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage für alle, die einfach nur am Strand entspannen und das Meer bis zum Horizont sehen wollen, Familien, die einfach mit ihren Kindern an den Strand gehen, Freundesgruppen, die Fahrradrouten rund um Mallorca machen, da sehr nahe gibt es Unternehmen, die organisieren und vermieten, wiederum ist es in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften, Freizeitplatz nicht allzu weit entfernt ...
