A bright and spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in a convenient yet quiet Cambridge location. Fully furnished and equipped, it is ideal for professionals, couples, small families or those relocating to Cambridge.
The property is within easy reach of Cambridge Station, Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the Biomedical Campus. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, gyms and a climbing centre are all nearby, along with local shops, bus connections and everyday amenities. It is also well located for local schools, independent schools and Cambridge colleges, with a large park close by for walks and outdoor time.
The apartment has a comfortable double bedroom, a second bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a bright open-plan living and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage space for luggage or household items.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
