Our bright and modern apartment is part of the brand-new Ericeira Infinity building, located in the Urbiceira neighborhood—just 1.3 km from one of Ericeira’s stunning beaches. With high-end finishes and access to a shared swimming pool, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer.
Step inside and you’ll find an apartment designed for comfort and convenience, filled with natural light and offering spacious, well-thought-out areas. The fully equipped kitchen and living room open directly onto a 17m² balcony, where you can soak in the fresh air. The primary bedroom (17m²) features a built-in wardrobe, a private 5m² bathroom, and a comfortable bed (180cm x 200cm). The second bedroom (13m²) also has a built-in wardrobe, a 3m² private bathroom, and a 140cm x 200cm bed. Both rooms include desks, making it easy to work remotely, and they both have access to the balcony. You’ll also find an entrance hall with extra storage and a guest lavatory.
Our apartment is energy-efficient, with an A+ energy certificate, double-glazed windows with thermal cut-off, electric shutters, air conditioning, and solar panels for water heating. The building is equipped with the latest communication technology, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
If you’re traveling with little ones, we’ve got you covered! Since we have a 5-year-old son, we’ve included a highchair, LEGO, Uno, and other toys to keep them entertained. We also have a kickboard scooter available, perfect for little explorers to get around town. We do not accept pets, but we occasionally have pets visiting so you shouldn't be allergic to pets.
Completed in 2023, our home is located in a newly developed neighborhood, just a 12-minute walk from downtown Ericeira. While there’s still some construction in the area, we don’t find it disruptive—and with the windows closed, you won’t hear a thing!

Ericeira is a charming fishing village that has transformed into a beloved leisure destination over the past century. Just 35 km from Lisbon, 20 km from Sintra, and 10 km from Mafra, it has retained its authentic character and unique atmosphere despite growing international popularity. With its laid-back vibe, amazing restaurants, renowned surf schools, vibrant artisan culture, and easy access to Lisbon, Ericeira is the perfect place to live, work, and enjoy life. The city center is a 15 min walk downhill - and back uphill. Supermarkets are close by but you will need a car / bike or uber to get there as everything is very hilly.
Bi-weekly cleaning is included in the rental fee. We provide enough towels but if you use more towels than the 2 per person there will be an additional charge for cleaning of 20€.

Unser helles und modernes Apartment ist Teil des brandneuen Ericeira Infinity-Gebäudes, das sich im Stadtteil Urbiceira befindet - nur 1,3 km von einem der herrlichen Strände Ericeiras entfernt. Mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftspool ist dies der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und alles zu genießen, was diese schöne Küstenstadt zu bieten hat.
Die Wohnung ist mit viel natürlichem Licht ausgestattet und bietet geräumige, gut durchdachte Bereiche, die für Komfort und Bequemlichkeit sorgen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Wohnzimmer gehen direkt auf einen 17 m² großen Balkon, auf dem Sie die frische Luft genießen können. Das erste Schlafzimmer (17 m²) verfügt über einen Einbauschrank, ein eigenes 5 m² großes Bad und ein bequemes Bett (180 x 200 cm). Das zweite Schlafzimmer (13 m²) verfügt ebenfalls über einen Einbauschrank, ein 3 m² großes eigenes Bad und ein 140 x 200 cm großes Bett. Beide Zimmer sind mit Schreibtischen ausgestattet, so dass man auch aus der Ferne arbeiten kann, und beide haben Zugang zum Balkon. Außerdem gibt es eine Eingangshalle mit zusätzlichem Stauraum und eine Gästetoilette.
Unsere Wohnung ist energieeffizient, mit einem Energieausweis der Klasse A+, doppelt verglasten Fenstern mit thermischer Abschaltung, elektrischen Rollläden, Klimaanlage und Sonnenkollektoren für die Warmwasserbereitung. Das Gebäude ist mit der neuesten Kommunikationstechnologie ausgestattet, so dass Sie während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts in Verbindung bleiben können.
Wenn Sie mit kleinen Kindern reisen, sind Sie bei uns bestens aufgehoben! Da wir einen 5-jährigen Sohn haben, haben wir einen Hochstuhl, LEGO, Uno und andere Spielsachen zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Kleinen zu unterhalten. Wir haben auch einen Kickboard-Roller zur Verfügung, ideal für kleine Entdecker, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir akzeptieren keine Haustiere, aber wir haben gelegentlich Haustiere zu Besuch, so dass Sie nicht allergisch auf Haustiere sein sollten.
Unser Haus wurde 2023 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in einem neu erschlossenen Viertel, nur 12 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Ericeira entfernt. We absolutely loved our stay at Ericeira Unwind! It was the perfect set up for remote workers like my partner and I. Plenty of space to work in the living area as well as desks in both the rooms. The ocean views and sunsets were also so lovely every night. They even have yoga mats to get in some yoga on the balcony. Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
