Wohnung zu vermieten - Abrantes

Maisonette-Wohnung in einer der ältesten Straßen im historischen Zentrum von Abrantes und mit fantastischem Blick auf die Burg und das angrenzende Tal.
Die Wohnung ist das Ergebnis der Sanierung eines alten Steinhauses. Ihr Prinzip war die Verwendung traditioneller Materialien und Techniken, kombiniert mit einer zeitgemäßen und funktionalen Gestaltung der Räume, wobei der Komfort natürlicher Materialien mit einer modernen und einladenden Ästhetik kombiniert wurde. Das Haus liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Schloss, dem Iberischen Museum für Archäologie und Kunst (MIAA), der Stadtbibliothek und verschiedenen örtlichen Geschäften, Cafés, Restaurants und Minimärkten entfernt. Die Straße ist ruhig und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze.

Wohnzimmer und Küche teilen sich einen offenen und geräumigen Raum. Die Küche mit modernen und funktionalen Linien verfügt über einen bequemen Tisch für 4 Personen und ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster und einem Wasserkocher.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein 3-Sitzer-Sofa und ein Einzelsofa.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine hängende Dusche, Toilette und Bidet. Shampoo und Duschgel stehen in der Dusche bereit.
Das Badezimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Etage, ebenso wie das Wohnzimmer und die Küche.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und ein 160 cm breites Bett. Bei Bedarf ist Platz für ein Reisebett.
Die Terrasse ist mit einem Sonnenschirm und zwei Outdoor-Sofas ausgestattet.
Das in zwei Wohnungen aufgeteilte Haus verfügt über einen gemeinsamen Eingangsbereich mit zwei Sofas und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Smart-TV, WLAN und Zentralheizung/-kühlung.

Wenn Ihr Aufenthalt länger als eine Woche dauert, sind die Reinigung und der Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Woche im Preis inbegriffen.

Das gesamte historische Zentrum ist vom Haus aus bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der öffentliche Nahverkehr im Stadtgebiet und im historischen Zentrum erfolgt durch Kleinbusse (aBUSa), die werktags zwischen 8:30 und 17:30 Uhr und samstags bis 13:00 Uhr verkehren. Der Service ist kostenlos, Sie müssen jedoch eine Karte zum Preis von 5 € anfordern.
Abrantes verfügt über zwei Bahnhöfe, die 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum entfernt sind (Rossio ao Sul do Tejo und Alferrarede) und über Straßenverbindungen zu mehreren Zielen. Um bestimmte Orte in der Region zu besuchen, empfiehlt es sich jedoch, ein Auto zu mieten.
