You will love our newly reconstracted apartment because of:
•Perfect location - on the border of Old Town and Zizkov area with all the most famous restaurants and coffee shops around
•Amazing equipment - 3 separated quiet rooms, spacious bathrooms and separated WC

The space
We are happy to recommend this bright apartment for a big family or 3 couples.

Apartment is located in the middle of "the best restaurants and coffee shops" area. Don't hezitate to ask us for recommendations!

It's situated on the 2nd floor without elevator (be fit) and located in the wider city center, so you won't be disturb by noise at night!

Apartment consists of:
*hall
*dining room with a large dining table for 8 people & fully equipped kitchen. You will find there a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and crockery
*first bedroom with a big double bed for 2 people (180cm wide)
*second bedroom with a double bed for 2 people(180 cm wide), sofa bed (which could be transformed into the double bed, if you need more space) and TV
*common relaxing area with sofa, which can be separeted by sliding doors, if you need some privacy
*spacious bathrooms with a shower unit, sink, hairdryer and washing machine, detergent powder will be provided

Great location of the nice, very good equipped apartment. Super cooperation with owners. During the covid-19 time, procedure of take over the key is free of contact. Very good communication.

Neighborhood
Great place, near of a huge area, Vitkov park, of free space for any activietes. Karlin - metro point is right afterthe corner.
We solved the parking problems by renting a low cost parking place next to it our street.
