This newly renovated apartment consists of an open kitchen and living area with access to the balcony. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (one is an en suite to the master bedroom). There's also a separate office area equipped with office furniture for remote working.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All utensils you need are also supplied.
The apartment is bright and spacious yet with plenty of cosy home touches. It's on a really quiet street and there's air conditioning and heating.
Location:
This apartment is in the heart of Monteolivete, a popular district in Valencia. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes around as well as bakeries, butchers and fruit and veg shops. There's atmosphere in the neighbourhood but it's also quiet. The Turia Garden is just 5 minutes walk away, as is the City of Arts and Sciences - one of Valencia's main attractions. Other popular neighbourhoods, such as Russafa and Gran Via, are a ten-minute walk away.
The Amado Granell subway station is 2 minute's walk away and you can be in the centre of town in just two stops. There are also direct buses to the beach and the airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und zwei Badezimmer (eines davon ist en suite zum Hauptschlafzimmer). Außerdem gibt es einen separaten Bürobereich, der mit Büromöbeln für die Telearbeit ausgestattet ist.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig und dennoch mit vielen gemütlichen Details ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und Heizung.
Lage:
Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Monteolivete, einem beliebten Stadtteil von Valencia. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Cafés sowie Bäckereien, Metzgereien und Obst- und Gemüseläden. Die Nachbarschaft ist lebhaft, aber dennoch ruhig. Der Turia-Garten ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie die Stadt der Künste und Wissenschaften – eine der Hauptattraktionen Valencias. Andere beliebte Viertel wie Russafa und Gran Via sind in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die U-Bahn-Station Amado Granell ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt und in nur zwei Haltestellen sind Sie im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt auch direkte Busverbindungen zum Strand und der Flughafen ist 30 Autominuten entfernt.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
