Studio apartment in a new building, apartment and building are built in April 2024. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, stove, and dishes with cuttlery. During the construction, emphasis was placed on quality.
The apartment house is located in a very quiet location in Ječná street with all necessary local amenities and social infrastructure and excellent transport access to the city center. The tram stop is located 20 meters from the house.
The price is for 2 persons, it is possible to accommodate a maximum of 4, ask for the price before completing the agreement, please.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
