Adorable flat in the City of Messina but in a highly sought-after suburban neighborhood of Sant’Agata. This unit is in a small complex that has private access to the beach below. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarket, bakery, cinema, restaurants, and a pub. The area is frequented by students attending the University of Messina and the Doctors working at the Papardo Hospital.
A convenient bus brings you to downtown Messina, the central train station, and the ferry to Calabria. The entire riviera lights up for summer with lidos and nighttime entertainment, but the area is lively year round. It’s a rare mix of city and sea life.
The unit itself has everything you need to live comfortably and even includes. If you’re a digital nomad, you’ll love the 1gb fiber internet. There’s, of course, a washing machine, dishwasher, a/c, heat pump, and an amazing furnished terrace where you’d enjoy the view of the port of Messina while sipping coffee (or a nice aperitivo!).

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
