Apartment 3+1 (93m2) 5 minutes walk to Dejvická subway. 2 spacious rooms furnished with solid hardwood beds, comfortable mattresses, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, individual WC.
Kitchen includes with dishwasher, gas stove, mocca coffee maker, electric water jug kettle, utensils.
On the ground floor of the apartment house is nice Italian restaurant called Grosseto and in the neighboring house a food store (open Mo-Fri). The apartment is on the 4th floor of the house with elevator.

There is a tram stop right in front of the house. You can comfortably walk to the subway A Dejvická, which rides in one direction towards the Vaclav Havel Airport and in the other direction to the center of Prague to the charming streets of the Lesser Town of Prague (Charles Bridge), the Old Town Square (famous astronomical clock) and to Wenceslas Square (National Museum, center of the city). You may also use a tram to go to places. Prague transport offers super convenient connection (ranked 4th best in Europe).

Hi, we are a young family with two boys and one new baby girl (Filip, Kristopher, Johanna). Before they were born, we traveled extensively. Of the places we visited, we liked Southeast Asia the most. Locals with their culture and food left us with cherished memories. Even today, we are exploring new asian restaurants (Thai & Vietnamese). We will gladly send you in the right direction of great local and international cuisine. Both of us were born in Prague and therefore we can recommend interesting sites and cool pubs, cafés or clubs.

Excellent location for trying different restaurants and very convenient access to the public transportation sysytem , great couple owners. Staying here just like home!

The landlords are extremely generous, helpful and friendly! They help me a lot in the first months my family stay here in Prague.

The house is also very recommended. The location is very great: tram and bus is just in front of the house, groceries shopping is very easy (albert, numbers of potraviny, kaufland are very close to the house), plenty of cafes and restaurants are nearby, and so forth. The furniture inside the house is also amazing.

I can totally recommend the landlord and the house to newcomers in Prague or people in need a house for mid-term stay who are looking for comfort.
