My flat is 80 s.q meters and is located at the beautiful subub of Athens,named Palaio FALIRO ,situated 200 meters
away of a beautiful beach named EDEM beach
which is an organized plaz with beach bars and beach restaurants and the biggest part of the plaz is free. Some one can bring his own umbrella ,chairs etc and buy what ever he likes in good prices from a super market wich is 100 meters from the EDEM beach.
My flat is situated 7 km away from Athens center
and 5 Km away from the harbor of Pireas and 600 meters away from the ALIMOS marine and 3 Km away from Flisvos -Trocadero Marine.
!00 meters from my flat there are bus and tram stations and someone can go directly to Athens ,to the harbor of Pirea and to the central airport of Athens named ELEFTRERIOS BENIZELOS.
Some one can get the tram and in 45 mimutes arrive directly to ACROPOLIS and the rest of the Greek ancient monuments.
Also some one can get the tram and in 30 mimutes arrive at the harbor of Pireas and take
part in daily excursions by boat to the nearby islands.
200 meters away of my flat there are 2 super markets
where some one can buy precooked meals and
beverage.
My flat is about 80s.q meters and has one bed rooms ,a separated full equipped kitchen ,a living room with an extra single bed and a sofa bed ,a bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine and hair dryer.
In the bedroom there is a large double bed 210 cm lenth and 180 cm width .This large double
bed can be separeted in 2 single beds if the guests like this arrangement.
One small working desk can be placed so the guest can work alone without distractions.

Meine Wohnung liegt 7 km vom Zentrum von Athen, 5 km vom Hafen von Piräus, 600 Meter von der Marina ALIMOS und 3 km von der Marina Flisvos-Trocadero entfernt.
100 Meter von meiner Wohnung entfernt gibt es Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen, und man kann direkt nach Athen, zum Hafen von Piräus und zum zentralen Flughafen von Athen namens ELEFTHERIOS VENIZELOS fahren.
Man kann die Straßenbahn nehmen und kommt in 45 Minuten direkt zur ACROPOLIS und zu den übrigen antiken griechischen Denkmälern.
Außerdem kann man die Straßenbahn nehmen und ist in 30 Minuten am Hafen von Piräus und kann an täglichen Bootsausflügen zu den nahegelegenen Inseln teilnehmen.
200 Meter von meiner Wohnung entfernt gibt es 2 Supermärkte, in denen man vorgekochte Mahlzeiten und Getränke kaufen kann.
Meine Wohnung hat etwa 80 m² und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, eine separate voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Einzelbett und einem Schlafsofa, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Haartrockner.
Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett von 210 cm Länge und 180 cm Breite. Dieses große Doppelbett kann in 2 Einzelbetten getrennt werden, wenn die Gäste diese Anordnung bevorzugen.
Ein kleiner Arbeitsschreibtisch kann aufgestellt werden, damit der Gast ungestört allein arbeiten kann.

I have been providing hospitality from 2020 and i have cooperated with 3 short term rental platforms and i have been host of 85 guests and 72 of them were very satisfied from me and 13 have writen bad comments about their stay in my place mostly because i reprimand them because at night they invited frients to spend the night in my ***** example they had got a good price for 3 persons and finally they were 6 persons. I live in the same building and i try to resolve any inconvenience as soon as possible.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

A nice residential area on the seashore. Few supermarkets are available within 3-5 minutes walk, for more shopping need to walk about 20 min or use transportation. Tram and bus are very close, but no subway in this area. Few restaurants are available, delivery services like Walt work just fine.
