Perfect location in Kadiköy: The flat is located in a quiet street in Caferaga mah., but yet just around the corner of buzzing nightlife and coffee shops. Also the parks at the water front looking over Bosporus and Marmara sea are just around the corner aswell. Also the market, harbour and metro are also in walking distance.

The internet is very fast and stable and the apartment is comfortably warm in winter and nicely cool in summer.

Since it is souterrain (-1) there is less light than other upper floor apartments which is not a problem for most people. The apartment is new (around 7 years) and therefore earthquake adjusted. There is no smell like there is in other souterrain apartments.

For the price of a studio apartment you get much more space as the apartment is on two floors and also has a private outside patio.

Perfekte Lage in Kadiköy: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße in Caferaga mah., aber doch gleich um die Ecke von pulsierenden Nachtleben und Cafés. Auch die Parks an der Uferpromenade mit Blick auf den Bosporus und das Marmarameer sind gleich um die Ecke. Auch der Markt, der Hafen und die Metro sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Das Internet ist sehr schnell und stabil und die Wohnung ist im Winter angenehm warm und im Sommer schön kühl.

Da sie nach Süden ausgerichtet ist (-1), gibt es weniger Licht als in anderen Wohnungen im oberen Stockwerk, was für die meisten Leute kein Problem ist. Die Wohnung ist neu (ca. 7 Jahre) und daher erdbebensicher. Es gibt keinen Geruch wie in anderen Souterrain-Wohnungen.

Für den Preis einer Studiowohnung bekommt man viel mehr Platz, da die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen liegt und auch eine private Außenterrasse hat.
