Large two bedroom apartment, fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. With large terraces, the back terrace with access to the kitchen is perfect for eating outside or sunbathing\relaxing. Being located in the centre of town, the property is situated in a very convenient location, close to all local amenities. You will not need to drive to any type of activity in Santa Cruz, located 5 min walk from the beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, gym, yoga. Very practical.
The apartment is a House with three residents, one of which lives here for a month in the summer, and the other, a very quiet couple who lives in the premises year round. My flat is the larger of the three, with large terraces front and back of the house.
Optional to rent, private 2 car garage, with a bathroom\Shower and plenty of room for additional storage, surf boards, bicycles, etc.
Santa Cruz is a beautiful small town, busy in the summer and yet very quiet in the winter, very peaceful. Great location, on the ocean, perfect for surfing, long walks on the beautiful beach which stretches for miles and other outdoor activities. Close to Lisbon, (45 min drive), Ericeira, Sintra and other great places to visit. Golf course in Torres Vedras (closest city, 20 min drive) Tennis Club for those who practice, Hospitals, Shopping Centre, parks, restaurants and any financial matters. This region is also very well known for its great wine, many great wineries close by to visit.

Große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, voll möbliert und ausgestattet, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Mit großen Terrassen, die hintere Terrasse mit Zugang zur Küche ist perfekt für das Essen im Freien oder Sonnenbaden\relaxing. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und ist sehr günstig gelegen, in der Nähe aller lokalen Annehmlichkeiten. Sie werden nicht brauchen, um jede Art von Aktivität in Santa Cruz zu fahren, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Fitnessstudio, Yoga. Sehr praktisch.
Die Wohnung ist ein Haus mit drei Bewohnern, von denen einer hier für einen Monat im Sommer lebt, und der andere, ein sehr ruhiges Paar, das in den Räumlichkeiten ganzjährig lebt. Meine Wohnung ist die größere der drei, mit großen Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus.
Optional zu mieten, private 2-Auto-Garage, mit einem Bad\Dusche und viel Platz für zusätzliche Lagerung, Surfbretter, Fahrräder, etc.
Santa Cruz ist eine schöne kleine Stadt, beschäftigt im Sommer und doch sehr ruhig im Winter, sehr friedlich. Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer, ideal zum Surfen, lange Spaziergänge am schönen Strand, die für Meilen und andere Outdoor-Aktivitäten erstreckt sich. In der Nähe von Lissabon (45 Minuten Autofahrt), Ericeira, Sintra und andere tolle Orte zu besuchen. Golfplatz in Torres Vedras (nächstgelegene Stadt, 20 Minuten Fahrt), Tennisclub für diejenigen, die üben, Krankenhäuser, Einkaufszentrum, Parks, Restaurants und alle finanziellen Angelegenheiten. Diese Region ist auch sehr gut bekannt für seine großen Wein, viele große Weingüter in der Nähe zu besuchen.
