Fully renovated in 2011 and refreshed in 2019 the flat is located on the 1st floor of well maintained, 70's building. Very chilly and quiet in the summer heat days.
The apartment offer one double bed into the bedroom with 164/200 dimensions and sofa bed with top mattress for your comfort- 140/200 in the living room.
The air conditioning during the day is completely sufficient for cooling the whole apartment in summer, and in the winter for bedroom heating it hepls an electric convector.
On the 40 " flat TV in the living room and 32" in the bedroom you can watch your favorite shows or movies that came out on A1 TV and you can reverse back. There is a 100 MBt / s of high speed internet, which works on a double desk turns the work into a song.
The kitchen is equipped with high class built-in appliances and everything needed for a longer stay. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a steam shower.
