Wohnung zu vermieten - Rom

Eine private und gemütliche Wohnung. Fein eingerichtet in einer zentralen, ruhigen und grünen Gegend, in der Nähe der Botschaften. Mit 50 m² Innen- und 50 m² Außenfläche ist sie ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, Bad und Küche mit einer großen, begrünten Terrasse und separatem Eingang. Im Erdgeschoss gelegen, aber auf einem Hügel und nach Norden ausgerichtet, ist sie im Sommer auch ohne Klimaanlage natürlich sehr kühl.
FTTH (Fiber to the Home) ist installiert und bietet die höchste verfügbare Internetgeschwindigkeit.
Die Straße, die entlang der Villa Ada verläuft, ist ideal für diejenigen, die die olympischen Schwimmbäder oder das Fitnessstudio des prestigeträchtigen Ruderclubs Acquaniene nutzen, sowie die Sportplätze für Tennis, Leichtathletik, Rugby oder Reiten in der Umgebung, wie die der Villa Glori oder des Pony Clubs.
