However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Szinte csak jó véleményt tudok mondani a bérlőről és a szállásról. Zsófia rendkívül segítőkész és szinte azonnal válaszol az üzenetekre. A lakás nagyon tiszta és minden megtalálható, ami akár hosszabb távú tartózkodáshoz szükséges lehet. Mi egy hónapot töltöttünk itt el a férjemmel és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Tökéletes volt az internet sebesség távmunkához. A környék csendes és sok jó étterem van pár lépésre. Plusz pont, hogy a belváros pár percre van metróval.
Zsófia is extremely helpful and answers messages almost instantly. The apartment is very clean and is well-equipped even for longer stays. I stayed here with my husband for a month and we enjoyed every day of it. The internet speed was perfect for remote work. The area is quiet and there are lots of good food places only steps away. The inner city is only a few minutes away by subway. We would stay longer if we could!

This is a great little space to spend your time in the city and the location is very nice to hop on the metro line. There is a mall right next to it as well which makes life easy. The internet is spectacular and the overall experience was incredible. Thank you for a wonderful time in Budapest

Lakásfelújításom idejére kerestem ideiglenes szállást pár hétre. Zsófia és Attila remek házigazdák voltak. Rögtön az elején készségesen álltak rendelkezésre megmutatni a lakást. Az átadás (majd a visszavétel is) rendben, gördülékenyen ment. A lakás maga teljesen felszerelt, minden tekintetben. Amikor az internet kapcsán hiba adódott (mint kiderült utólag, szolgáltató oldalon, nem a lakásban), a bérbeadók azonnal elérhetőek voltak, nagyon segítőkészen álltak a helyzethez.
