There is a parking space available directly on the property, next to the house. It is partially sheltered.
We are Terezie and Viktor, a married couple with around 7 years of experience in renting. As locals, we know our neighborhood and the wider area very well. We recently took a break to fully renovate the property, and now we’re excited to welcome new tenants again. We live right next to the studio, but no space is shared — the studio has its own private entrance. I work in aviation, and my wife is currently on maternity leave. We love to travel and have lived abroad in the past. We also enjoy going for walks and playing volleyball. I’m a cycling enthusiast and occasionally play ice hockey. We both enjoy gardening in our small yard, where we manage to grow a little something every year. We take care of our children and our furry companions — though we kindly ask that any pets be brought into the studio only after prior agreement. Jsme manželé Terezie a Viktor a pronájmu se věnujeme asi 7 let. Jsme místní, tudíž známe dobře naši lokalitu i její širší okolí. Teď jsme měli pauzu kvůli rekonstrukci a již se moc těšíme na nové nájemníky. Bydlíme hned vedle studia, ale žádný prostor není sdílený. Studio má svůj samostatný vchod. Já pracuji v letectví a manželka je na mateřské dovolené. Máme rádi cestování a dříve jsme žili v zahraničí. Také rádi chodíme na procházky a hrajeme volejbal. Já rád jezdím na kole a občas hraji lední hokej. Baví nás zahradničení na naší malé zahrádce, kde se nám daří každý rok něco málo vypěstovat. Staráme se o naše děti i čtyřnohé mazlíčky. Jen ve studiu bychom poprosili zvířata až po předchozí domluvě.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
