It is located in a residential neighbourhood with locals and foreigners. The building has 9 apartments, there are permanent residents and travellers living there. Almost all of them speak English so If you don’t speak Spanish you will still have someone to talk to.
It has two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with streaming services included: netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Star +, Paramount+, HBO MAX. There are many options for sports within star+ you can watch NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, Nascar, College Footballl, NCAA, and all sorts of other college sports. Also, boxing, Tenis, NHL, Wimbledon, Indycar, PGA Tour, and all varieties of sports. Within the prime video app you can watch UFC, MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, WWE. So we have streaming services with movies, series and all sort of live sports.
There is a kitchen with lots of cooking appliances, stove, three coffee makers (pour over coffee, Italian coffee maker, drop coffee maker, there is a kettle, knives, pots, pans and everything you could need in a kitchen.
Internet is strong, fast and reliable, the building is located a bit out of the hustle of the tourist area, so, for a Mexican central area it is considered quiet especially at night (for Mexican standards).

Right now I don’t have a full-time maid so if you want further cleanings you will have to let me know in advance to make appointments with the cleaner. Chedrahui is about 8 minutes walking you can buy there all your consumables. There is a water dispenser 2 minutes walking to the apartment where you can refill your water bottle, they deliver directly to your apartment if you tell them.
The flat is a turn-key rental. You are responsible for your consumables including drinking water. There is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment and a Chedrahui store which is the Mexican version of Walmart, it is 8 minutes walking.
