This apartment is located in the bustling neighborhood of Arroios.
It is comfortably located near many facilities such as restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacies, trendy coffee, shops, galleries, etc. and has great public transportation network (metro and bus) within walking distance, which makes it easy to reach any part of the city and downtown.
This apartment is located in the 2nd floor in a building with elevator.
It has four bedrooms which makes it ideal for families, or employees and students that are looking to share the same apartment. Each bedroom has a double bed, TV, desk, wardrobe, portable heaters/fans, mirrors and huge windows welcoming plenty of sunligh.
One bedroom has it's own private bathroom and the other bedrooms share one common bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (except dryer, but there are clothes drying racks in the apartment and laundry stores with dryers nearby).

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (außer dem Trockner, aber es gibt Wäscheständer in der Wohnung und Wäschereien mit Trocknern in der Nähe).
