This cozy and charming studio is conveniently located in the heart of the historic neighbourhood of Alfama, near many tourist attractions, beautiful viewpoints and only a two-minute walk from the river.
Located in the famous Rua dos Remedios street, this apartment is comfortably located near useful facilities such as restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacies, trendy coffee, shops, educational institutions and has great public transportation network (metro, train and bus) within walking distance, which makes it easy to reach any part of the city.
It's ideal for whom wants to visit/stay in Lisbon during a season, such as, visitors, students, digital nomads or temporary workers.
The studio is located in the first floor (no elevator) with two big windows welcoming plenty of sunlight. It is equipped with two single beds and two wardrobes, which makes it ideal for two roommates to share, or the two single beds can be put together to form a double bed, which makes it ideal for couples too. Beside being a studio, the kitchen has it’s own separate space and is fully equipped (except dishwasher, oven and dryer).

Es ist mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Schränken ausgestattet, was es ideal für zwei Mitbewohner macht, oder die beiden Einzelbetten können zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden, was es auch ideal für Paare macht. Die Küche ist nicht nur ein Studio, sondern hat auch einen eigenen Raum und ist komplett ausgestattet (außer Geschirrspüler, Ofen und Trockner).
