This charming apartment, equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, accommodates up to two guests and is located in a traditional stone house in one of Split’s oldest neighborhoods, dating back to the 15th century. The home combines historic character with modern comforts, offering a unique and welcoming living environment for those seeking a long-term stay in an authentic part of the city.
The stone house and its inner courtyard have recently been renovated and now host four thoughtfully designed residential units. Perla B is located on the first floor and is well-suited for long-term living, featuring a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the compact living–dining area. The kitchen, though small, includes a stove, oven, and fridge, practical for preparing simple everyday meals, especially with fresh local markets just a short walk away.
As this apartment is in a residential building, we kindly ask all tenants to maintain good neighborly relations and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In accordance with Croatian regulations, passport or ID information must be provided upon arrival for official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request before arrival.

Jahrhundert zurückreicht. Das Haus verbindet historischen Charakter mit modernem Komfort und bietet ein einzigartiges und einladendes Wohnambiente für alle, die einen Langzeitaufenthalt in einem authentischen Teil der Stadt suchen.
Das Steinhaus und sein Innenhof wurden vor kurzem renoviert und beherbergen nun vier durchdacht gestaltete Wohneinheiten. Perla B befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist gut für langfristiges Wohnen geeignet, mit einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa im kompakten Wohn-Essbereich. Die Küche ist zwar klein, verfügt aber über Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank, praktisch für die Zubereitung einfacher alltäglicher Mahlzeiten, besonders da frische lokale Märkte nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt sind.
Da sich dieses Apartment in einem Wohngebäude befindet, bitten wir alle Mieter, ein gutes nachbarschaftliches Verhältnis zu pflegen und die Ruhezeiten von 22:00 Uhr bis 8:00 Uhr einzuhalten. Gemäß den kroatischen Vorschriften müssen bei der Ankunft Pass- oder Ausweisdaten zur offiziellen Anmeldung beim Kroatischen Tourismusamt angegeben werden.
Rauchen ist im Apartment strengstens verboten. Für Familien stehen auf Anfrage vor der Ankunft ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.
