It is situated on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with a lift in U Pruhonu street in Holesovice with 5 min walking distance to the metro station Nadrazi Holesovice.
Practically designed interior consists of an entrance hall, a living zone, a equipped HANAK kitchenette with a dinette, a comfortbale sleeping zone and a bathroom.
Built-in wardrobes, a washing machine (and drying machine), external electric shutters belong to the property as well.
Previously industrial Holesovice has now grown into a modern district with a slightly bohemian atmosphere.
The advantages of living here include its convenient access to the city center by tram and metro (VItavská and Nádrazi Holesovice stations), complete amenities, music clubs, DOX art gallery, La Fabrika and Jatka 78 theatre, a multicultural center, and more.
