We are a Swiss family who first discovered the Costa del Sol over ten years ago and immediately fell in love with this region. Last year, we acquired this apartment as our own holiday home and completely refurbished it in summer 2025, with great care and attention to quality. Everything was designed for our personal use first, to create a comfortable and welcoming place where one truly feels at home.
The apartment offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area with an open kitchen and dining space. The living room also features a high-quality sofa bed (160 × 200 cm) with a real mattress, providing the same level of comfort as a proper bed. Large windows open onto a private terrace and garden area, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors or enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The interior combines a chic Mediterranean style with high-quality natural materials, creating a calm and harmonious atmosphere. The apartment is fully equipped for daily living and particularly well suited for mid-term stays, whether for remote work, a professional assignment, relocation or an extended stay in Marbella. It includes air conditioning with heating function, a reliable internet connection and all essential household equipment.
The residence, Los Dragos, is a well-known and highly regarded residential complex in Nueva Andalucía. It offers beautifully maintained communal areas with landscaped gardens, a swimming pool and sports facilities, and is located in the heart of the Golf Valley, close to renowned golf courses such as Aloha Golf, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos. Secure parking is available within the residence on a first-come, first-served basis.
The area is quiet and residential, yet very convenient, with several restaurants, cafés and a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the residence. It also remains very close to the broader amenities of Nueva Andalucía and the vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Banús.
As we are not always in Spain, we rent the apartment for temporary stays and are happy to share it with guests who appreciate comfort, calm and a respectful atmosphere. Local support can be arranged if needed to assist with practical matters during the stay.

Wir sind eine Schweizer Familie, die die Costa del Sol vor über zehn Jahren zum ersten Mal entdeckt hat und sich sofort in diese Region verliebt hat. Letztes Jahr haben wir diese Wohnung als unser eigenes Ferienhaus erworben und sie im Sommer 2025 mit großer Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert. Alles wurde in erster Linie für unseren persönlichen Gebrauch konzipiert, um einen komfortablen und einladenden Ort zu schaffen, an dem man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sowie einen großzügigen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Essbereich. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich außerdem ein hochwertiges Schlafsofa (160 × 200 cm) mit einer richtigen Matratze, das denselben Komfort wie ein richtiges Bett bietet. Große Fenster öffnen sich zu einer privaten Terrasse und einem Gartenbereich, ideal zum Entspannen, für Mahlzeiten im Freien oder um die ruhige Umgebung zu genießen.
Die Inneneinrichtung verbindet einen schicken mediterranen Stil mit hochwertigen Naturmaterialien und schafft so eine ruhige und harmonische Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung ist für den Alltag komplett ausgestattet und eignet sich besonders gut für mittelfristige Aufenthalte, sei es für Remote-Arbeit, einen beruflichen Einsatz, einen Umzug oder einen längeren Aufenthalt in Marbella. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion, eine zuverlässige Internetverbindung sowie alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte.
Die Wohnanlage „Los Dragos“ ist ein bekannter und hoch angesehener Wohnkomplex in Nueva Andalucía. Sie bietet wunderschön gepflegte Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit landschaftlich gestalteten Gärten, einem Swimmingpool und Sportanlagen und liegt im Herzen des Golf Valley, in der Nähe renommierter Golfplätze wie Aloha Golf, Las Brisas und Los Naranjos. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
