Newly renovated, cosy and airy studio for 2 persons with beautiful sea view from the private terrace. It provides a very comfortable stay in all seasons. Separate entrance and location of the terrace within the property ensure very private atmosphere and limited interaction with hosts and guests from the other apartment. Studio is located in the center of Opatija, in a walking distance from restaurants, beaches, promenade Lungomare, shops and bus stop. It is one of the two apartments in our completely renovated villa built in 1903 and surrounded by beautiful and relaxing Mediterranean garden. Parking is provided in our private garage at the property.
KITCHEN is fully equipped with microwave, glass-ceramic hobs, fridge with small freezer, water kettle, filter coffee machine, moka pot, cooking utensils. BATHROOM is new and modern with shower, hair-dryer and washer. BEDROOM is equipped with king size bed (160x200cm). In the entire apartment: air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi and Sat-TV.
OUTSIDE: Private sunny terrace with sea view equipped with table and chairs for 2 persons.
PARKING is provided in our private garage at the property (1 parking space reserved).
LOCATION: Although the villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the Opatija center, the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Many of our guests leave their car in the garage and don`t use it during their stay since the location is one of the best in Opatija – everything in Opatija is in a walking distance: 2 minutes to the beach Slatina and entrance to the Promenade Lungomare, 10 minutes to the beach Lido, 50 m to the main bus stop (where the bus from the airport Rijeka also stops), few minutes to the shops, restaurants and parks. The location is also very convenient for one day trips to Kvarner Islands (Krk, Cres, Rab), Istra (Rovinj, Pula), Plitvice lake, Gorski kotar, Venice and Trieste (Italy). 40 km distance from Airport Rijeka.

Das BADEZIMMER ist neu und modern mit Dusche, Haartrockner und Waschmaschine. Das SCHLAFZIMMER ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett (160 x 200 cm) ausgestattet. In der gesamten Wohnung: Klimaanlage, Elektroheizung, WLAN und Sat-TV.

PARKMÖGLICHKEITEN: In unserer privaten Garage auf dem Grundstück (1 reservierter Parkplatz).
LAGE: Obwohl sich die Villa in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums von Opatija befindet, ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig und entspannend. Viele unserer Gäste lassen ihr Auto in der Garage stehen und benutzen es während ihres Aufenthalts nicht, da die Lage eine der besten in Opatija ist – alles in Opatija ist zu Fuß erreichbar: 2 Minuten zum Strand Slatina und zum Eingang zur Promenade Lungomare, 10 Minuten zum Strand Lido, 50 m zur Hauptbushaltestelle (wo auch der Bus vom Flughafen Rijeka hält), wenige Minuten zu den Geschäften, Restaurants und Parks. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig für Tagesausflüge zu den Kvarner-Inseln (Krk, Cres, Rab), nach Istrien (Rovinj, Pula), zum Plitvicer See, nach Gorski kotar, Venedig und Triest (Italien). 40 km Entfernung vom Flughafen Rijeka.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
