The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests. The apartment has two bathrooms, and free WiFi internet is available throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a coffee machine. A shared washing machine is available for all apartments. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed every four days.
The outdoor area features a balcony of approximately 15 m2, ideal for relaxation. Guests can also use a shared barbecue available to all apartments. This is a family run accommodation where the owners live on site and other guests stay in the same property.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
