The two-room apartment is in a quiet location literally around the corner from Gudrunstraße, where you'll find shops and food. It is also directly located at the Waldmüller Park if you feel like hugging some trees. :)

It is rented furnished and situated on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.

Public transport is only a few minutes walk away. You can either use the bus (14A), tram (1, Badner Bahn, 6, 18) or train (S-Bahn) to quickly get to the heart of Vienna or... essentially wherever you'd like to go!

A great option for living in Vienna for a few months! The apartment is super cozy and absolutely perfect for living alone. Plus, the landlord is incredibly nice and helpful. 100% recommended!

Neighborhood
The area might give off a slightly sketchy vibe at night when you first arrive, but don't worry—it’s totally safe. Nothing ever happened to me, and I felt comfortable walking around.

Recommended places nearby
For a great local spot, I highly recommend Columbusplatz. You can find pretty much everything you need there, from shops to daily essentials like supermarkets.
