The flat lies in the XIV. district of Budapest in a peaceful street but it is well connected by public transport to the heart of the city.
Every main interestpoints of Budapest is app. 30 minutes away by a tram, a bus or a metro line.
Just a corner away there is a Tesco for grocery shopping, where you can also find a post office. There is a pharmacy even closer in the same direction.
The flat has been painted recently, and there are two 90X200 beds for your comfort. (Beddings and towels are available by default.)
The balcony offers a nice view on the garden with a small playgound.
We can also provide equipment for babies, but these are only available upon request and depending on the circumstances and extra fees.
The possibilities to unpack are pretty comfortable and spacious, there are 3 wardrobes with hangers and more dressers, there are cupboards in the bathroom and a cupboard in the toilet as well.
The kitchen cabinet offers space for living, it is not only for display.
There are kitchen utensils like silverware, knives, some basic pots, glasses, mugs and plates.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave heater, an oven, an electric stove, a hood, a fridge, a freezer, an electric kettle and a blender/slicer.
The balcony offers a good ventilation from the american kitchen and there is an AC installed in this room for summer.
The windows have shutters for shading.
The washing machine is located in the bathroom, just as the hairdryer.
We can also provide a storage place in the building where you can keep your luggages, so they don't take up space from your living area.
An elevator is working in the building, however the flat lies on the 1st floor, the storage can be accessed by elevator as well on the top level of the building.
There is 1000 mbit/sec internet installed coming with a Netflix subscription.

Die Wohnung liegt im XIV. Bezirk von Budapest in einer ruhigen Straße, ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut an das Stadtzentrum angebunden.
Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Budapest sind mit der Straßenbahn, dem Bus oder der U-Bahn in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Tesco für den Lebensmitteleinkauf, wo Sie auch ein Postamt finden. In derselben Richtung gibt es eine Apotheke, die noch näher liegt.
Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über zwei 90 x 200 cm große Betten für Ihren Komfort. (Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind standardmäßig vorhanden.)
Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Garten mit einem kleinen Spielplatz.
Wir können auch Babyausstattung bereitstellen, diese ist jedoch nur auf Anfrage und je nach Verfügbarkeit sowie gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.
Die Stauraummöglichkeiten sind sehr komfortabel und geräumig: Es gibt 3 Kleiderschränke mit Kleiderbügeln und weitere Kommoden, außerdem Schränke im Badezimmer und einen Schrank im WC.
Der Küchenschrank bietet Stauraum und dient nicht nur zur Dekoration.
Es gibt Küchenutensilien wie Besteck, Messer, einige grundlegende Töpfe, Gläser, Tassen und Teller.
Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen, einem Elektroherd, einer Dunstabzugshaube, einem Kühlschrank, einem Gefrierschrank, einem Wasserkocher und einem Mixer/Hobel ausgestattet.

Im Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug; die Wohnung befindet sich jedoch im 1. Stock, der Abstellraum ist ebenfalls mit dem Aufzug auf der obersten Etage des Gebäudes erreichbar.
