I am offering for rent a newly built, fully furnished 34 m² loft apartment located in a historic apartment building at Na Zámecké 8 in Prague’s Nusle district. The entire building has undergone a renovation and is situated on a quiet street with excellent access to the city center and the nearby Grébovka Park. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people.

The interior of the apartment has been thoughtfully designed down to the last detail: the entryway features an integrated closet and a washing machine, with a modern bathroom and toilet located on the left. The heart of the apartment is a bright living room with a relaxation area, a sofa, and generous storage space. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a combination microwave with a grill, as well as all dishes and cooking utensils. A wooden staircase leads up to the upper duplex level, where you’ll find an open-concept bedroom and a cozy work area with a desk and bookshelf. For maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and a TV, bed linens, towels, and cleaning supplies are also provided. High-speed internet is free. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building WITHOUT an elevator.
