Lediglich 5 Minuten sind es bis zum Turia-Garten, einer 8 km langen Grünanlage, die die Altstadt von Valencia umschließt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und einen kleinen Balkon. Ausstattung: Wohnzimmer mit Zweisitzer-Sofa, Smart-TV, Highspeed-WLAN (geeignet für Homeoffice), Klimaanlage und Arbeitstisch. Schlafzimmer mit 135 cm breitem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Die gesamte Wohnung liegt zur Außenseite hin und ist sehr hell. Erste Etage ohne Aufzug. Familienfreundliche Gegend mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Mietdauer: mindestens 1 Monat, maximal 11 Monate; zusätzlich ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen. Den Mietern wird zudem ein Inventarverzeichnis zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine behördliche Anmeldung (Empadronamiento) ist nicht möglich. *Diese Immobilie wird ausschließlich als vorübergehende Unterkunft vermietet, nicht zu touristischen Zwecken.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
