Holidays2Málaga Viento is our charming apartment with a maximum capacity of 4 people, located next to the central Calle Carretería, at Calle Viento number 4.
It is a small building in typical Andalusian style and completely new, with designer furniture and decor aimed at making your stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment consists of a living-dining room with a beautiful and modern kitchen, where you will find a table with four chairs, a sofa bed for two, and a 43” Smart TV. In the hallway connecting the living room and bedroom, there is a bathroom with a spacious shower and heating unit. The bedroom features a double bed measuring 150 x 200, two designer nightstands, and a wardrobe. Both the living-dining room and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning (heat and cool) and have large windows facing Calle Viento, providing great brightness to both spaces.

Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Gebäude im typisch andalusischen Stil und ist komplett neu, mit Designermöbeln und einer Einrichtung, die darauf abzielen, Ihren Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten.
Das Apartment besteht aus einem Wohn-Essbereich mit einer schönen, modernen Küche, in dem Sie einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen, ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und einen 43"-Smart-TV finden. Im Flur, der Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer verbindet, befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit einer geräumigen Dusche und einem Heizgerät. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett in der Größe 150 x 200, zwei Designer-Nachttische und einen Kleiderschrank. Sowohl der Wohn-Essbereich als auch das Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage (Heizen und Kühlen) ausgestattet und haben große Fenster zur Calle Viento, die beide Räume sehr hell machen.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
