The flat itself is vintage and simple but very cozy. The walls are freshly painted and clean. Thanks to its corner position, the flat is very bright and breezy. It catches great sunlight in the winter (making it easy to heat) and enjoys a refreshing breeze during the summer.

Aufteilung & Einrichtung:
Sie verfügt über eine 2+1-Aufteilung und ist damit etwas größer als durchschnittliche Kompaktwohnungen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Betten und geräumigen Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich die Ess- und Arbeitsbereichseinrichtungen.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
