This studio was completely built in 2026 and has never been lived in, you would be the very first tenant. It sits in a beautifully preserved historic building with an ornate sgraffito facade, one of the most striking houses on the street.
Inside, everything is new. A vaulted ceiling and an exposed wooden beam give the space real character, while the fit-out is entirely modern: a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, built-in microwave oven and fridge, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor-level tiling, and a generous built-in wardrobe. A handmade wooden staircase leads up to the sleeping loft, keeping the living area below free and open.
Practical comforts are all there: washer with dryer, TV, fast Wi-Fi, central heating, and a full set of kitchenware, bedding and towels. The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready.
You'll be joining an international community, the building is home to students and professionals from around the world, and our other apartment here has hosted long-stay tenants who loved it.
Holešovice is Prague's creative quarter: DOX gallery, Vnitroblock, the Prague Market Hall, riverside walks, and Letná and Stromovka parks are all a short stroll away. Transport is excellent, metro, several tram lines and a train station nearby put the city centre about 10 minutes away.

Sie werden Teil einer internationalen Gemeinschaft – im Gebäude wohnen Studierende und Berufstätige aus aller Welt, und in unserer anderen Wohnung hier haben bereits Langzeitmieter gewohnt, die sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
Holešovice ist Prags Kreativviertel: Die DOX-Galerie, der Vnitroblock, die Prager Markthalle, Spazierwege am Flussufer sowie die Parks Letná und Stromovka sind alle nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend: Dank U-Bahn, mehrerer Straßenbahnlinien und eines nahegelegenen Bahnhofs ist das Stadtzentrum in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
