Available from December 1, 2026 to end of May 2028, while we will be out of country. We would like to rent our home to the same tenant for exactly 18 months (1 and a half year).
The apartment is located in a modern residential building at Nazorjev trg 5, on the 8th floor (out of 10). It's a 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms + living room) with 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies offering beautiful sea and city views of Koper. Glass room comes with curtains for privacy. Net floor area is approx. 75 m², or approx. 82 m² including balconies.
The beach and the Belveder parking garage are right next to the building - a parking spot in the garage is guaranteed and included in the rent, so you don't need to worry about parking.
An apartment on such a high floor, with lovely views, right by the sea, next to a parking garage, and at the same time in the very heart of the city, is a real rarity. It's the perfect opportunity to escape to the coast during winter and spring, when the climate is milder and sunnier than elsewhere.
The apartment is nicely furnished, with TV and internet, 2 air conditioning units, and heat pump heating.
You can also use our 2 bikes. Koper and Slovenian coast is perfect for bicycling.
optional: if you like we can also leave you our new car Peugeot 2008 model which has permit to enter the old town and to park right in front of the building where the apt is located. The rental price of the car and rental period is up for discussion.
