The beach and the Belveder parking garage are right next to the building - a parking spot in the garage is guaranteed and included in the rent, so you don't need to worry about parking.
An apartment on such a high floor, with lovely views, right by the sea, next to a parking garage, and at the same time in the very heart of the city, is a real rarity. It's the perfect opportunity to escape to the coast during winter and spring, when the climate is milder and sunnier than elsewhere.
