This is a fully renovated apartment with great use of space. It's perfect for couples and friends, it' also a great fit if you're travelling on business.
It is located one floor up from street level and there is an elevator in the building. The apartment comprises of a living space complete with an open plan kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and washing machine with dryer function.
In the living room there is an open plan kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal, a dining table that can seat up to four people. From here you can access to the mezzanine with a sleeping area with a queen size bed. Please note due to the architectural features and practical design, the ceiling height on the mezzanine is low (approximately 140 cm).
In the living room there is a smart 4K TV with Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, MAX, Prime Video, AppleTV (all of which can be used with your own account).
There is a separate bedroom with a double bed.
The windows open on the building's inner courtyard, and the windows are well insulated so despite the street being busy, the apartment is relatively quiet. However, keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper.
There is also air conditioning and electrical heating when the season requires.
Welcome package
Linen and towels
We provide two sets of bed linen and towels per person. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message for details). There is no cleaning or linen/towel change during the rent period.
Consumables
You will find a starter pack of consumables such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.

Es handelt sich um eine komplett renovierte Wohnung mit optimaler Raumnutzung. Sie eignet sich perfekt für Paare und Freunde, ist aber auch ideal für Geschäftsreisende.
Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock über dem Straßenniveau, und im Gebäude gibt es einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, einem separaten Schlafzimmer sowie einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und einer Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine offene Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was Sie zur Zubereitung einer Mahlzeit benötigen, sowie ein Esstisch, an dem bis zu vier Personen Platz finden. Von hier aus gelangen Sie auf das Zwischengeschoss mit einem Schlafbereich, der mit einem Queen-Size-Bett ausgestattet ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Deckenhöhe auf dem Zwischengeschoss aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten und der praktischen Raumaufteilung gering ist (ca. 140 cm).
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Smart-4K-Fernseher mit YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, MAX, Prime Video und Apple TV (alle Dienste können mit Ihrem eigenen Konto genutzt werden).
Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.
Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof des Gebäudes hinaus und sind gut isoliert, sodass die Wohnung trotz des regen Straßenverkehrs relativ ruhig ist. Bitte beachten Sie dies jedoch, wenn Sie einen leichten Schlaf haben.
Außerdem gibt es eine Klimaanlage und eine Elektroheizung, je nach Jahreszeit.

Wir stellen zwei Sätze Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Person zur Verfügung. Falls Sie mehr benötigen, bringen Sie diese bitte selbst mit oder fordern Sie vor Ihrer Ankunft gegen Aufpreis weitere an (bitte kontaktieren Sie uns für Details). Während der Mietdauer findet keine Reinigung und kein Wechsel der Bettwäsche bzw. Handtücher statt.

Sie finden ein Startpaket mit Verbrauchsartikeln wie Küchengrundausstattung, Begrüßungskaffee, Toilettenartikeln (in Spendern), Toilettenpapier usw. Sollte etwas davon aufgebraucht sein, kaufen Sie bitte wie zu Hause im Supermarkt Nachschub ein.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
