This elegant yet cosy home was designed by the owners, an architect-photographer couple. A lot of love and care went into all the planning to make sure you have the best holiday possible!
The apartment is located two floors up from street level and there is no elevator in building. It has a large living room with a queen size bed and a convertible sofa, a small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. It is a perfect fit either for friends, couples, and for families with kids as it is safe and well-equipped. We provide a high chair, plastic cutlery, and a baby cot, and there are also two playgrounds nearby for the little ones.
Welcome package
Linen and towels
We provide two sets of bed linen and towels per person. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message for details). There is no cleaning or linen/towel change during the rent period.
Consumables
You will find a starter pack of consumables such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwei Stockwerke über dem Straßenniveau, und es gibt keinen Aufzug im Gebäude. Sie verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Schlafsofa, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett, ein Badezimmer sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es eignet sich perfekt sowohl für Freunde als auch für Paare und Familien mit Kindern, da es sicher und gut ausgestattet ist. Wir stellen einen Hochstuhl, Plastikbesteck und ein Babybett zur Verfügung, und in der Nähe gibt es außerdem zwei Spielplätze für die Kleinen.

Wir stellen zwei Sätze Bettwäsche und Handtücher pro Person zur Verfügung. Falls Sie mehr benötigen, bringen Sie diese bitte selbst mit oder fordern Sie vor Ihrer Ankunft gegen Aufpreis weitere an (bitte kontaktieren Sie uns für Details). Während der Mietdauer findet keine Reinigung und kein Wechsel der Bettwäsche bzw. Handtücher statt.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
