SPACE
Our brightly lit 3-bedroom apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It's situated on a vibrant street in a friendly neighborhood.
The 3-bedroom is a generous size and houses comfortable double beds in each room. Each bedroom has 8 soft pillows on the bed. And we leave one bath towel per person.
One of the bedrooms and living room has a sunrise light, another bedrooms have a beautiful afternoon sun. All bedrooms will definitely guarantee you a restful night of sleep.
There are 3 nice bathrooms. So all guest have their own privacy and time to get ready. Two en-suites have a walk-in spacious shower with a rainfall shower head. The third bathroom is situated in the hallway and benefits from a bathtub and rainfall shower head.
The room (facing the street) might be a little bit noisy sometimes from the road. We tried different noise-canceling blinds - but it was a waste of money as it didn’t do anything. We leave you earplugs just to be sure you are enjoying your stay! :)
Lastly, let us not forget to mention our cute sun-soaked balcony. This is a perfect area where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air & the smell of lavenders.
In the beautifully laid out living & dining area with a 45’ TV (Netflix), you will find a comfortable sofa (seats 3) and 2 soft stools and designer wood long table (seating 6 people). The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself.
The kitchen is part of the open living & dining area. With many appliances it allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills. It’s very well equipped with space, oil, coffee, a toaster, a hand blender, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt in jedem Zimmer über bequeme Doppelbetten. In jedem Schlafzimmer liegen 8 weiche Kissen auf dem Bett. Außerdem stellen wir pro Person ein Badetuch bereit.
Eines der Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer werden von der aufgehenden Sonne beschienen, die anderen Schlafzimmer genießen die schöne Nachmittagssonne. Alle Schlafzimmer garantieren Ihnen auf jeden Fall einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Es gibt 3 schöne Badezimmer. So haben alle Gäste ihre Privatsphäre und Zeit, sich fertig zu machen. Zwei der Badezimmer verfügen über eine geräumige begehbare Dusche mit Regenduschkopf. Das dritte Badezimmer befindet sich im Flur und ist mit einer Badewanne sowie einem Regenduschkopf ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer (zur Straße hin) kann manchmal durch den Straßenlärm etwas laut sein. Wir haben verschiedene schalldämmende Jalousien ausprobiert – aber das war reine Geldverschwendung, da sie nichts gebracht haben. Wir stellen euch Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung, damit ihr euren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall genießen könnt! :)
Zu guter Letzt möchten wir unseren hübschen, sonnendurchfluteten Balkon nicht unerwähnt lassen. Hier könnt ihr die Sonne, die frische Luft und den Duft von Lavendel genießen.
Im wunderschön gestalteten Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem 45-Zoll-Fernseher (Netflix) finden Sie ein bequemes Sofa (für 3 Personen), 2 weiche Hocker und einen langen Designertisch aus Holz (für 6 Personen). Das Wohnzimmer ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Zeit zu genießen.
Die Küche ist Teil des offenen Wohn- und Essbereichs. Dank zahlreicher Küchengeräte können Sie sich hier wie zu Hause fühlen und Ihre Kochkünste unter Beweis stellen. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
