Willkommen in unserer geräumigen, modern eingerichteten 120 m² großen Ferienwohnung. Sie verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Wohnbereich, ein WC, einen Balkon sowie eine hölzerne Pergola im Außenbereich – ideal zum Entspannen und für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen, die Wert auf Komfort, Privatsphäre und viel Tageslicht legen. Genießen Sie die ruhige Umgebung, die praktische Raumaufteilung und alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und liegt nur drei Gehminuten von wichtigen Einrichtungen entfernt (Bushaltestelle, historische Altstadt von Trogir, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Apotheken, Arztpraxen usw.). Der Strand ist in vier Gehminuten (350–400 Meter) erreichbar.
Wir stellen einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus zur Verfügung, der durch natürliche Begrünung beschattet wird.
