Recently renovated in 2023, it is located in the heart of Corfu, just outside the village of Kato Garouna, in a peaceful agricultural area with breathtaking views over the south of the island.
It is only 4 km from Agios Gordios Beach and a 30–40-minute drive from Corfu Town and the airport.
Occupying the top floor of a three-story villa built on a mountainside, our home is quiet and private, making it perfect for couples planning a longer stay in Corfu or guests who work remotely. The house offers super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi and a brand-new Samsung Smart TV.
It is completely plug-and-play, fully furnished with brand-new furniture and equipped with a spacious open-plan kitchen with an island, dishwasher, washing machine, one separate bedroom with a traditional Corfiot double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two large balconies, one facing east and one west, as well as a small private balcony off the bedroom.
The house has air-conditioning units in every room, while central heating powered by oil is also available during the winter months. Hot water is normally available throughout the day via the solar water-heating system, with an electric boiler available as a backup whenever needed.
The rental price includes all amenities and facilities, as well as water, electricity and Wi-Fi.
This has been our family home for many generations, and we offer it to our tenants with genuine love and care.

Unser Haus befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk einer dreistöckigen Villa, die an einem Berghang erbaut wurde. Es ist ruhig und bietet viel Privatsphäre, was es perfekt für Paare macht, die einen längeren Aufenthalt auf Korfu planen, oder für Gäste, die im Homeoffice arbeiten. Das Haus verfügt über superschnelles Starlink-WLAN und einen brandneuen Samsung-Smart-TV.
Es ist komplett bezugsfertig, mit brandneuen Möbeln ausgestattet und verfügt über eine geräumige, offene Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit einem traditionellen korfiotischen Doppelbett, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie zwei großen Balkonen, von denen einer nach Osten und einer nach Westen ausgerichtet ist, und einem kleinen privaten Balkon, der vom Schlafzimmer abgeht.
Das Haus verfügt in jedem Zimmer über Klimaanlagen, während in den Wintermonaten zusätzlich eine Ölzentralheizung zur Verfügung steht. Warmwasser steht normalerweise den ganzen Tag über über die solare Warmwasseranlage zur Verfügung, wobei bei Bedarf ein elektrischer Boiler als Reserve bereitsteht.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Annehmlichkeiten und Einrichtungen sowie Wasser, Strom und WLAN enthalten.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
