The apartment is approximately 30 m² and offers a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and everything needed for a pleasant mid-term stay.
The apartment has a cosy separate sleeping nook under the staircase with a double bed. Please note that this sleeping area has a sloped ceiling and does not offer full standing height. As an alternative, the sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable double bed, so guests can choose the sleeping arrangement they prefer.
There is also an outdoor terrace area in the inner old-town setting. Please note that the terrace is overlooked by neighbouring houses and is not fully private. It is suitable for quiet daytime use, such as having a coffee or drying laundry, but it is not suitable for late-evening gatherings, parties or loud conversations. Guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours and quiet hours.
The apartment is located in the historic centre of Izola, close to the sea, cafés, restaurants, shops, the market and the promenade. The location is very convenient for enjoying Izola on foot, while also being a good base for exploring the Slovenian coast.
A private parking space in an underground garage can be arranged after booking, subject to prior agreement. The garage is located approximately 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, which is a useful advantage in Izola where parking in the old town can be limited.
