The terrace features a private jacuzzi, barbecue grill, outdoor lounge seating and a dining table — a special place to relax and enjoy the city skyline. The building has an elevator, and a parking space is available; please confirm parking arrangements and any charges in advance.
Everything is ready for a comfortable stay: furniture, comfortable beds, pillows and duvets, bed linen, towels, washing machine, TV, kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and cutlery. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Just bring your personal belongings and settle in.
The rent includes electricity, gas, water, heating, all utilities and high-speed internet. There are no additional regular utility charges. Any Flatio service fees are displayed separately by the platform during booking.
The Ruská tram stop is approximately 109 metres away — around two minutes on foot. Nearby grocery shops and restaurants are about 30–50 metres away, with cafés and other everyday amenities in the surrounding streets. Havlíčkovy sady is also within walking distance, and public transport provides convenient access to central Prague.
