Rural apartment for rent in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Halfway between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Spectacular views of gardens and mountains from large windows. Fully equipped apartment with a private entrance, double bed, sofa, dining/work table, fridge, stove, microwave and toaster. A split air conditioner/heater and good insulation ensures it's always comfortable. Absolute rural silence. Swimming pool open all year round with views of the surrounding mountains. There are tables and a hammock around the pool. On-site parking. Cortijo Aguas Calmas is an eight-minute walk from the center of the picturesque slow village of Nigüelas. The village has bars, shops and bakeries. There are regular buses to Granada. Hiking trails start directly from the farmhouse into the mountains. The rent includes electricity, Wi-Fi, water, and use of the washing machine. Excellent wifi for digital nomads. We are looking for a single quiet person interested in a maximum 6 month rental.

Das Cortijo Aguas Calmas liegt acht Gehminuten vom Zentrum des malerischen, entschleunigten Dorfes Nigüelas entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es Bars, Geschäfte und Bäckereien. Es gibt regelmäßige Busverbindungen nach Granada. Wanderwege führen direkt vom Landhaus in die Berge. In der Miete sind Strom, WLAN, Wasser und die Nutzung der Waschmaschine enthalten. Hervorragendes WLAN für digitale Nomaden. Wir suchen eine einzelne ruhige Person, die an einer Miete von maximal 6 Monaten interessiert ist.
